Our aim is to source the freshest and finest local and regional ingredients – the best flavours of the West Country!

  • Our Meat is supplied by J&A Gibbins of Exeter a family run butchers for over 150 years. They  offer full traceability across their supply chain from farm to fork.
  • Our Lamb is mainly Castle Milk Moorit of Vellow flock from Susan and Otto.
  • Rob Walrond at Pitney Farm provides us with Saddleback Pork.
  • Organic vegetables are supplied by Pitney Farm and Westcountry Veg.
  • Our poultry is free range.
  • Fish is sourced from famous Taunton suppliers, Harry Bowditch, who buy direct from Brixham Market.
  • Longman’s Dairy supply our dairy products.  The Castle’s cheeses are a showcase of the finest in the region such as  Montgomery Cheddar.
